By booking shipments, accessing our platform, or using any contract logistics services provided by FLY EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE, you agree to be bound by these legal terms and conditions.

Senders are responsible for ensuring cargo complies with international transport laws. The following items are strictly prohibited:

Standard shipment liability is limited to declared values at booking. Carrier liability for loss or damage is subject to Warsaw/Montreal Convention limits for air freight and Hague-Visby rules for maritime logistics unless additional commercial insurance coverage is explicitly declared and purchased.

Recipients or designated shippers are responsible for paying all tariffs, import taxes, customs duties, and storage costs incurred due to regulatory holds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, accounts, or active deliveries in cases of fraudulent activity, non-payment, or regulatory non-compliance.
